House to Investigate Biden Climate Orders After PTF Executive Director Testifies to Congress
This week, Power The Future’s Founder and Executive Director Daniel Turner testified before Congress in a pivotal hearing titled “Public Funds, Private Agendas: NGOs Gone Wild.” Hosted by the Subcommittee on Delivering on Government Efficiency (DOGE), the hearing pulled back the curtain on a dangerous system where billions of taxpayer dollars are funneled into the pockets of politically connected climate activists.
Daniel’s testimony detailed how radical environmental groups, with help from unaccountable federal bureaucrats, are turning the green agenda into a billion-dollar cash grab, all under the guise of climate action.
During the hearing, House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) directly addressed Turner and praised Power The Future’s work investigating the Biden administration’s climate executive orders. Chairman Comer noted the group’s findings “raise serious questions about Biden’s executive orders and the autopen scandal.”
“Thank you to Chairman Comer and Chairwoman Greene for looking deeper into this scam because the laundering of taxpayer dollars through climate organizations must stop, period,” said Turner. “If the American people don’t know if it was the President or an autopen-enabled staffer who signed controversial orders, that’s deceit to its core. When an organization tied to Stacey Abrams is awarded $2 billion for ‘climate’ that’s not public service, that’s a massive grift with working families picking up the tab.”
This exchange shows exactly why Power The Future exists to shine a light on corruption, demand accountability, and advocate for the rural energy workers and taxpayers who are being overlooked by a rigged system.
We commend Chairwoman Greene and Chairman Comer for committing to investigate who’s really pulling the strings behind Biden’s radical climate agenda. The American people deserve transparency, and Power The Future will keep working to expose the truth.
