Avangrid, a massive green corporation looking to take over New Mexico’s largest public utility skirted the rules when building two wind farms in the state. According to a report from New Mexico’s Public Regulation Commission (PRC) the company, which is a subsidiary of a corporation based in Spain, is raising concerns with their actions.
